As Owner and Manager for over three decades, Diane Celento has extensive experience in all facets of travel. Her expertise includes leisure, incentive, and corporate travel. Diane’s involvement with professional and Rochester, New York amateur sports teams has broadened her understanding of diverse traveler needs. She previously served on the Disney Travel Agency Advisory Board alongside 19 other top travel professionals nationally. Passionate about client relationships, Diane frequently escorts groups, enhancing personal connections.

Since 1994, Diane has served on the Board of Directors of the Rochester Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has volunteered with ‘Angels of Mercy’ and the ‘Extreme Hope Project’ in Chili. A lifelong resident of Gates and a Gates Chili High School graduate, Diane became a grandmother to triplet girls in 2011, and now has five granddaughters.

Jennifer Rozzi is the dedicated Manager of Rochester Travel Group, overseeing day-to-day operations. She has extensive experience planning trips worldwide, including specialized knowledge of the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Canada, Bermuda, the United States, and Peru, as well as expertise in both river and ocean cruising, corporate travel, and meeting planning.

Jennifer plays a key role in shaping the agency’s marketing and social media presence, drawing on her Business degree from Indiana University. Committed to ongoing professional development, Jennifer regularly participates in industry training, supplier updates, and educational programs, and her dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit make her an integral member of the Rochester Travel Group family and a trusted resource for clients seeking memorable, seamless travel experiences. Married for over 40 years with two grown children, she also keeps an open door for any cat that needs a home.

Having visited the Hawaiian Islands more than 30 times and been married on Kauai, she is a true island expert. With ten trips to Alaska and extensive exploration of Ireland under her belt, she offers clients practical advice and insider recommendations tailored to their dream vacations.
